3. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, FAQs, and escalation protocols
- Grant necessary access to your website, chat tools, or CRM
- Ensure your business complies with applicable laws, including consumer protection and data privacy
4. Fees & Payments
- Services are billed according to your chosen package (hourly, monthly, or contract-based).
- Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered.
5. Term & Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice.
- We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse our services.
- Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, customer data, and business processes. We will not disclose such information except when legally required.

- Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the month prior to the claim.
- We do not guarantee specific business results such as sales, conversions, or growth.
10. Service Availability & Disclaimer
While we aim to provide uninterrupted 24/7 service, we cannot guarantee against downtime, third-party outages, or internet interruptions.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
- Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be settled by arbitration in Khulna, Bangladesh.
